TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Downpayment should be made within 24 hours after order confirmation.

  • Remaining balance should be paid on or before the agreed date of payment.

  • Condition of the item is always disclosed and filling out the order form means you have already checked it.

  • Packing and shipping will only be done once payment has been completed.

  • Shipping will only be done on weekends (I have school on weekdays so I won’t have time to pack I hope you understand 🥺).

  • Once the item/s are in transit to your address, I will not be held accountable for lost parcels or damages caused by shipping couriers.

  • Strictly no cancellation of orders.

  • I don’t really like posting bogus buyers/joy reservers BUT if a buyer suddenly decides to cancel, previous payment transaction/s will NOT be refunded.

  • BOGUS BUYERS/JOY RESERVERS ARE AUTOMATICALLY BLOCKED.

  • Always send a screenshot of the proof of payment so I could acknowledge it.

FOR STBO ITEMS: I will send an unboxing video and picture of your order/s. Please note that I don’t have control over how your order/s will be shipped to me. However, I will make sure to pack them well so that you’ll receive them in the same condition.

FOR INSTALLATIONS/LONG DOP: Order is automatically cancelled and no refund will be given if the buyer: (1) was not able to pay on time without a VALID reason (2) keeps prolonging the payment and did not meet the agreed date of payment for a maximum of 2x (with or without a valid reason); or (3) does not reply for a maximum of 7 days.
